DCS did a very nice flooring install for me, which included attention to detail in hard-to-see places such as the closets. The overall project looks great at a glance, and if you take a close look it doesn't disappoint. Matt also did some side-projects tied to the flooring project; he listened to my input had good ideas/ suggestions that matched or exceeded what I envisioned. Matt has good skills as well as an eye for creative solutions... and he's trustworthy. I would recommend DCS for your next project, big or small. I am pleased with the results!

I was very happy with the bathroom remodel done by DCS. The whole process was quick and painless. Matt proved very transparent with his timeline and his pricing which proved faster and lower than what I was expecting. I needed my old shower/tub removed and replaced as well as a new exterior window. I also chose to update all of the tiling with a more modern look. I was very happy with the end result. During the project, he was able to incorporate a change order to swap out my old fans in my bathrooms while he was there. I would highly recommend DCS for any remodeling project.

Matt just completed some TI work for me at my gym on the Southside. He was able to provide an estimate quickly, start work and finish the job in record time and make correspondence efficient. Ill definitely be using Matt again and highly recommend him.

It's not easy to find a trustworthy contractor who you can rely on to do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. Matt and his crew get stuff done but I'm not just bragging about how timely they are, but also about their quality, it's high level stuff. Matt has been in and around the construction business since he was a kid, so he has a ton of knowledge and he is very skilled. He is super creative too and he loves to do custom work. It's not all about business for Matt, he takes time to make sure his customers have a great experience. When my crawlspace was flooded I was overwhelmed with the scope of this project. Matt answered my call and showed up right away to assess the situation, without Matt I don't know how I would've got through that project. He is multi-talented and his business offers an array of services any constructive project whether it's a Residential Remodel, Commercial Office Renovation or Maintenance for an apartment complex Davis Constructive Solutions can do it all.
